After nearly a year into his career as an adjuster, former student, Rick Roberson, who was licensed and trained by The Adjuster Guy, sits down with Alan to discuss what it has been like for the new adjuster in the field. In this episode, Rick shares his story of what interested and brought him to the business, what he has experienced in his first year, and all the insight he can offer to other new adjusters working their way into the industry.

Alan spends time with long time colleague and friend, Robert Moran. Robert is a veteran of the insurance claims industry handling many different roles and currently serves as the Vice President of CAT Claims for Alacrity Solutions (formerly know as Worley). In this episode, Robert shares his achievements throughout his career and gives solid advice of what creates success among adjusters across the industry today.
