Claims Adjuster Field Training, In-Person

At The Adjuster Guy, we know you want the freedom that independent insurance adjusting can offer. But becoming licensed is just the starting point.

When an adjuster is deployed to a storm, they are expected to already know how to accept, inspect, write, and upload a claim.  There is no on the job training as with most jobs out there.

This is why we created The Adjuster Guy’s training classes: we saw too many people give up and go home. We believe that building a successful adjuster starts with a solid foundation, that foundation starts in how well you are prepared before your first deployment.

What’s included?

This Claims Adjuster Field Training Course is a hands-on, in the field claims adjuster training course.  We will give you a precise routine to follow that will take the guesswork out of an inspection.

In this class, you will learn to complete an average field inspection from start to finish. It includes:

• Speaking to the policyholder
• Gathering the information
• Documenting damages

What to Expect

We will spend the first half of the day learning how to complete property inspections. In the second portion of the day, you will be taking the information you collected from the inspection and entering it into Xactimate, just as you would if you were handling the claim on your own.

Depending on the size of this class, we may not be able to slow down for you to learn to use the estimating software. It is highly suggested that you complete the overview of industry software before taking this course. However, if you must pick one of the classes provided, this one is especially important prior to ever being deployed.

All training classes offered by The Adjuster Guy can be taken individually or combined for a discount.

Each student will need to bring a computer with either a live version of Xactimate or a demo version of the software. Computers will not be provided.

Please note that a minimum of three (5) students must be enrolled in each class to hold it.
