Online coursework

Prepared by Alan Olson, our online coursework covers everything you need to become a Texas licensed adjuster. Alan has become one of the top independent insurance adjusters in the country. He’s successfully filed thousands of catastrophic, and daily claims over the past 12 years. His passion is helping new adjusters do more than just get a license.

40-Hour, Self-Paced Class

You can expect:

  • Detailed information that can take the average student 40-hours to read and comprehend
  • Ability to go back and review information as you need, as much as you need to
  • Ability to download the online course work Texas Department of Insurance Final Exam

At the end of the class, all students will be able to take the Texas Department of Insurance Final Exam. This is administered by The Adjuster Guy and you will need a score of 70% or higher to pass.

The Adjuster Guy Course Completion Certificate

A successful passing grade for the final exam will allow The Adjuster Guy to issue you a Course Completion Certificate. This, combined with fingerprints that you must get through another third-party, will allow you to file for your Texas All-Lines Adjuster License.  This license will reciprocate in all other licensing states except California, Hawaii, and New York.

Note that licenses are provided by and managed by each state, with some states not requiring a license. Adjusters will need to apply and pay the state-licensing fee for each state they work in.

No, right now our training classes are only available in-person. 

l didn't get my license from The Adjuster Guy. Can I take your training classes?

Yes. Any licensed adjuster in the state of Texas can take training classes from us. 

Who will teach the training classes?

In-person classes are always taught by experienced adjusters. Each class will always list who each instructor will be.

Where are the training classes held?

Most classes are held in the Stephenville, Texas area. It's conveniently located near the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and Austin, making it easy for independent insurance adjusters to get the latest training.
